Data Protection

Within the scope of the compulsory setting up of the PMSI (Programme de Médicalisation du Système d’Information - Information System Medicalisation Programme) in hospitals and private clinics, we must inform you that the medical and administrative data concerning all hospitalised patients is subject to data processing.

This data is sent to the doctor responsible for medical information in the establishment and is protected by medical secrecy.

In compliance with the French Law dated 6 August 2004 concerning the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of data of a personal nature, any patient may exercise his/her rights of access to or rectification of this data with the doctor responsible for medical information.

Medical Information

Everyone has the right to be informed about their state of health.

The doctor responsible for your care, or the nursing personnel authorised by him/her, will give you information about your state of health, the examinations and the treatments which may be performed.

The surgeons and doctors will visit regularly during your stay. However, if you would like an interview with one of them, do not hesitate to ask a nurse or the practitioner’s secretary to arrange one.

Information Pack

In order to prepare you for your stay in hospital, a "Your Hospital Stay - Information" pack will be given to you during the consultation with your doctor or surgeon.

This information pack contains documents to be completed, and/or keep, which will give you information on the medical aspects of your stay in our establishment as well as the administrative and hotel aspects.
