The comfort of your room
- Single room
You may have an extra bed for one of your family to stay with you depending upon availability and medical advice. The extra bed is free for anyone accompanying a child of less than 10 years old who is hospitalised.
- Television
Requests to hire a television must be made at reception.

Catering
- Meals are served as follows:
- breakfast between 0745 and 0830
- lunch between 1200 and 1245
- dinner between 1830 and 1915
If you are on a diet, you must inform the nurse on arrival. Families and friends are asked not to bring food or drinks for those hospitalised. If necessary, you may contact the nursing team who will answer your questions or refer you to the NCN dietician.
Those with you may:
- Have lunch in the Restaurant du Confluent on the ground between 1200 and 1430. The restaurant hostess will take the payment for the meal (in cash or by cheque)
- Eat during the day at the shop/cafeteria on the ground floor near the central reception hall (cf. the times opposite)
- Have dinner by ordering a meal for visitors* from the hotel services personnel before 1200 on the day itself.
* In accordance with the prices displayed in your room, or on request from admissions and reception
Cafeteria / shop
The following are available on the ground floor:
- 1200 to 1330 and 1350 to 1800 Saturday
- 1400 to 1800 Sunday
- A cafeteria and a shop for small gifts, toiletries, newspapers and books open from:
- 1200 to 1330 and 1350 to 1800 Saturday
- 1400 to 1800 Sunday
- Self-service automatic hot drink and sweets distributors.
Mail is distributed every morning. You may give mail you want to post to a member of the hotel services personnel before 1500.
Hairdresser/Beautician
These services are available by appointment and you pay the hairdresser/beautician directly. Ask a member of the hotel services personnel for more information.
Exercise of religion
During your stay you may call upon a minister of religion of your choice and a religious area is available on the ground floor of the establishment. Ask the nurse for more information.
Social worker, psychologist, interpreter
If you wish, you may ask for one of these to visit you to assist you.
